When tamariki are learning about Para sport, a visit from a Para Sport Champion can really bring the learning to life.
Before requesting a Para Sport Champion school visit, your learners should have some understanding of what the Paralympics are and some knowledge of the Paralympic values. This is achieved by engaging with the first two units of Theme 1.
